Calling all caregivers, this show is for YOU AND YOURS! Those who spend time as a caregiver know how difficult it can be to get out and enjoy local music, so Good + Plenty has partnered with the WECC to bring you The Music Cocoon, a concert series that brings you the local music you love while prioritizing families, those with sensory needs, and anyone who wants to catch a show in a safe, flexible, nurturing environment.

What you can expect:

music played live from your favourite local bands (NOT "kids music", the bands' original music--no baby shark here!)

quieter music levels and soft lighting

chairs in multiple seating arrangements

ribbons, pom poms, and other fun toys

a Chill Room off the front lobby designated for feeding infants, self-regulation, and de-stimulation

We are a provincially incorporated artist collective committed to creating more opportunities for women, 2Spirit, non-binary and gender-expansive individuals within the Manitoba music and music production industry.

We achieve this through artistic and business workshops and training, networking mixers, mentorship, opportunities for showcasing, and peer knowledge sharing.The Good + Plenty Arts Collective is the umbrella organization for our current programming and initiatives: the Good + Plenty Producer's Club (in-person group), and the Good + Plenty Producer's Club podcast.
